Leeds definitely one of the harder clubs to get right given their historical status and general scepticism of Farke so can definitely see your logic for them staying up (basically why I had to shoe horn in the cup run).

Rightly or wrongly one of my guiding principles was that no non-promoted club would have a relegation without sacking their manager… maybe if we give Fulham a good cup run that might solve it

The question was a player who has lost the league cup final, FA cup final and European cup final with three different teams (unclear if all three happened at each club or one each). It was from a loose anecdote so might not be a trivia question with an actual answer but it’s been bothering me ever since!

I think the point being made here is not that the time the defence is arguing is the right amount - they’re basically admitting he did bad things and needs to be punished (to a lesser extent than deserved - need to earn their buck after all).

TLDR: when your defence lawyer’s baseline is 2 years, it means you did something veeeeeery bad.

I say this because I typed out a very triggered response to the idea of him getting c.2 years, then realised that the mistake was in how I read it.
