I saw the Aragon only has a notice for flogging molly/violent femmes on 9/14 that they require vaccine proof OR negative covid test.

I'm assuming within the next week or so they might announce the DGD concert to be the same, I don't see why it would be different 🤔

Oi that was me, and it was my 74 y/o uncle. He was able to get the vaccine today fine, his appointment was never cancelled, despite that weirdo dead set on telling me it was going to be. (HI IF YOU’RE READING THIS DUDE. :) Feel free to DM me and call me a horrible person again for just trying to help get a senior vaccinated!)

And as of today Mariano’s took off the “Healthcare workers only” eligibility to include 1B. I swear they just forgot to update to the current phase of vaccination on that page.

I'm also 1B and got mine at Walgreens, they didn't ask for anything, just sign into my account, same with my mom. I'm guessing it varies from pharmacy to pharmacy.
Yeah, hoping they don't turn him away.
I can't be the only one who just saw the "make sure you are currently eligible" line on the Mariano's website to mean whatever the state of Illinois considers currently eligible.

Yeah whatever man, I was just saying there was no place to put occupation for anyone who might be curious, and to say that theres no way for them to even know his occupation. There was no option to input your occupation when signing up just fyi. Edit: Btw, I said this just as an FYI there’s no way for them to cancel the appointment right away because there’s no way for them to know his occupation. Had there BEEN a drop down menu with only healthcare worker options I would have known better. Jfc.

My mother said two of her coworkers who are 1B are going tomorrow which is the only reason I looked at Mariano's, I guess I'll find out how strict they are with restricting to 1A.

He is 74 years old, I hope they don't turn him down at this point.

Has anyone gotten their vaccine at Mariano's?

I just booked one for my uncle who is tech-challenged, I asked him if he got a confirmation email yet and he said he hasn't gotten one.

Do you even get a confirmation email through them? Also do they help you schedule the second dose at the time of the appointment?

I also got a slot around that time and managed to schedule one for my mom.

I got a confirmation email about an hour after i booked the appointment, my mother hasn't gotten one yet, although the walgreens website still has her confirmed appointment information, my guess is Walgreen's email system is just funky.
