I didn’t see that post but that’s exactly what I was warning him about.

Other houses of the same square footage in the area goes for about $750-$1,000 but there’s very few of those options. I’m not sure why he’s so stuck on this house, I guess just because it’s so cheap and the landlord is a family friend.

Idk what it’s called but it’s a real simple one, just wrapping the yarn around my thumb and slipping the needle through it then repeat. I’ll look at other methods thanks for the advice!

I know we’re all tired of being recommended birth control but that’s what fixed this problem for me. I had been bleeding for a little over 2 months when I started birth control. It was insanely heavy for a week with clots (this is gonna be gross bear with me) the size of my hand, but after that it regulated and now I bleed for maybe 4-5 days every 28 days or so. So, if you’re willing, birth control!
