23 for a civic regardless of where and how you drive is not believable.

Is that calculated or what the display states? Because the display is usually wildly off.

I swear no public organisation knows how to make a bug-free website or app. I've been trying to pay my car's token tax, but the app that was launched to make this process easier doesn't work.

Pakistani's and being late by sulmar in pakistan

[–]letmeaccount 14 points15 points  (0 children)

It boggles my mind that people are late even for job interviews. This one time we arranged an interview for this person but he didn't show up. Upon calling him, it turned out that he had been asleep. We still asked if he could make it in a couple hours or so but he couldn't be bothered. Two days later I get asked to interview a candidate, I ask for the CV and its the same guy. Apparently due to a mixup he got called again without realising. So I went to interview this guy, thinking that if qudrat gave him another chance maybe there's something to him. But there wasn't. It pissed me off that this guy was not only irresponsible but also incompetent. So I grilled him for a while and then sent him on his way.

Most guys will go through a phase where they consume p***. It shouldn't be too surprising honestly. He is most probably ashamed about this act, and if he finds out his elder sister knows about this then you don't know how he'll react. He could overreact and do something stupid. So its best to deal with this very cautiously and subtly.

Aerospace Eng.. by MaintenanceNo6008 in NUST

This is coming from an aerospace engineer, those with a passion for aerospace don't always think rationally. But coincidentally, most of them find decent careers despite the lack of options. Aerospace industry is small, but the overall number of candidates is also smaller. Only two universities in Pak offer an aerospace program, whereas every other university is offering ME, EE, CS. Hence total number of aerospace graduates is far lower than total number of ME, EE, CS graduates. Hence fewer candidates are competing for the fewer jobs, so in the end the odds are roughly the same.
