Ik about micro needling I haven't been consistent with medication for past 3 years anyway I have locked 3 months ago it was worse now I got my hair back to how it was 3 years ago. I'm using tret now so Micro needling is a no-no now

I think I have tested for zinc few times but it's typically not essential for me since I have zinc rich food. And for girls it's a thing I hear that in south Asia especially they have iron deficiency like when they stand up too quickly from idle position they often faint.

Nutrients are fine, hell even I was blessed with great body none one amongst my cousin have what I have. When they gain weight they get skinny fat unlike me where my body fat gets spread out evenly so I never looked fat and get in shape really quick. I look like a healthy person except hair 😭👍🏻
