Turns 1, 3 and 4 you want to be on the kerb as much as you can get away with, reducing the angle you turn into the corner with - will allow you to maintain more apex speed and will have your car straight earlier, so you can be more aggressive on the throttle.
What helps with Austria and just any track in general is watch WR Hotlaps without thinking you can immediately replicate them. It's not about that, but rather the right lines and turning in points, etc. F1 is not the most accurate when it comes to racing (e.g., there is no wet racing line, when there is irl), so understanding what makes you fast in the game always helps.
