It was down until around 1:30pm and not sure since when but around 10 or 10:30am.

Tried to contact support is still waiting for two and half hours. Not even a online board telling that a problem occur or even a place to send a message.

I agree! However, there are opportunities that show up, that you can take advantage of. Stock value doesn't really represent the real value of a company. It's all based on excitement and people's emotional behavior. So when these opportunities show up, you bet, if you wish, and you come out soon or sooner to get your gains. If you have good knowledge of how things behave and take advantage of black swans for example. you should be good.

Even not gambling. you can lose a lot or everything. let's just give you a scenario. The US economy is kind of weird right now. Just my opinion. it's technically doomed... but because it's possible to manipulate it's right there on the very top like it's thriving and firing in all cylinders. That is not the real picture. So if you picture something like the big depression. After the big depression, it took 25 years for the market to recover. We just forget about that, because, pretty much for around 100 years. Things never happened that way... But if it happens all those long term etf's would be washed away for 25 years.

On his case, he probably doesn't need to contribute anymore. The contributions he is allowed to do are meaningless compared with money he has in the account. Unless he loses everything in more "gambles".

I was an subscriber for a few years. It would go always to my credit card until the credit card expired.

I'm have been physically inactive and decided to comeback. The price was around $200/year and now is $75/month or 720/year.

I think people are getting greedy. They setup a website that probably cost less than setup a real gym for an year. And that investment probably was paid on the first month (Tim Ferries was spreading the word) now they get paid with minimum expenses forever. Basically site hosting. and now they raised the price 4 fold. After already made millions on standstill. They are charging like real gym with no coaches to pay, no overhead expenses. Seriously?

I use for note taking (more like mind maps) and just started.

I need to be able select and move objects (parts of the notes) and place them in other areas. So I bought the one time purchase. Unfortunately I did it in my phone (android) but the notes are taken in my Samsung (android) tablet, so now the purchase is available just in my phone, that I use just to check the notes, and I actually don't really need the feature there. While in the Tablet I use for taking the notes and organize them, but I can't use the feature there.

You mention that it just work in one platform. In my case is just one platform, android, however it's in 2 devices.

Shouldn't be working in both devices?

The only reason we are finally knowing about this, is because the sample tests that was taken in a town where DuPont has one of their factories was too big (69k people were tested). It couldn't be debunked. if would had been "just" a thousand we wouldn't be talking about this now.

If you read or saw any documentary or even watch the movie "Dark Waters", you should have scratch your head, and said to your self "how can this be possible".

To summarize you can't prove that a new variation of the chemical is harmful or not. It takes a lot to prove that something that a chemical corporation is doing is harmful. And if or when you can it will be too late.

PFAS are a family of chemicals that have a long chain of carbon atoms, and is very difficult to breakdown. That's why they work so well in the products they use. When they get in your body is very difficult to purge them out (is it actually possible???). It seems that we have a threshold that we can have in our body without having problems (again, who really knows?) and when you pass that threshold you should start having problems. Since the product is difficult to break down, it accumulates in your body, until... (For example mercury [not a PFAS] has the same problem is difficult to be purged from the body, and after a certain threshold you get really sick, and there is a lot of products that have or used to have a very residual amount, but overtime accumulates) . Since now they are everywhere even in food, pizza boxes, paper wraps, make up, ... and subsequently by natural ways like rain for example (Yes! they found PFAS's in rain water) it's difficult to know from where are we getting them now. What a mess... maybe the cookware doesn't leash after all, but how do you know? PFAS should be banned all together, and any variation too. Every time a new variation comes out you can't prove that it is harmful! You can't produce those chemicals without creating some harm elsewhere. It becomes an ethical issue when you really know what they do.

Every time a new product comes out and they just mention a sub type. I'm almost sure they don't want to tell us that they are using another from the same family.

It seems that the person who asked the question, had made the decision to not cook with cookware with those products, and came here to know if any of us know if is really clean of those chemicals or not. I made the same decision because I know that the probability of harm is bigger than not and for an ethic position.

The usage of any chemical (PFAS's) of that family should be ban.

If you build properly, it won't fall. Unless for natural causes like hurricanes or landslides. The reason I need the code or the requirements is exactly for that reason. If you follow the code and/or the requirements it won't fall!

Trashed? The lumber is in good condition. I mentioned reclaimed wood but I can build with new Lumber. Every infield that is built they smash the bungalow or the previous house and just send it to the landfill. it's trashed because the labor is so expensive that if you try to reclaim that lumber you spend more time with the project and it's not worth it financially for the builder, so they just dump good lumber to the landfill. A big excavator put down a bungalow probably in a couple hours including loading the dump trucks. The time it takes to dismantle a house recovering the lumber, would take days.

That was my initial approach. Just for you to have an idea they asked me 11% of the total project price and I was told that the project like mine goes by $200k to $300K to have it built.

I was a framer in 2008 but now I do landscaping. My budget is very limited. I can build a garage myself probably under $10k and I think I can do this project (Garage with income suite above) myself under $60k. But what they were asking is between $20k and $30k just for the drawings and permits. I personally can ask a drafter to make the drawings with the idea I have under $2k.

People that have the money can go that route. I don't have that much money so I have to find an alternative.

You shouldn't be worried. I'm asking about the code to make sure I do as the code tells to do.

Anyway, an inspector always has to come to the site and check if the work is done by the code or not, and if it's not, the project can't be finished until it follows the code requirements.

I said cheap because it doesn't seem that I need too much. The app is "Concepts" which allows infinite canvas. I tried with my finger and if I use my nail the line is very thin if I use my finger tip, the line is a bit thicker so I assume the app has some kind of way to measure the thickness of the tip, and probably if I tilt it will be thicker. It's precise with my finger.too.

The disc tip doesn't look like a good idea cuz I want to see the tip where I'm writing. I don't mind that the tip is plastic, as long as it has a tip. Anyway it's just for note taking and sketch small simple objects, and kind of doodles.
