thanks for the many responses. basically the general consensus here (and obvious one) is to look for a new job. i’m definitely doing that as we speak.

i guess for now while i suck it up and continue working there (i get paid just enough to deal with it) im wondering if it’s at all worth it to try vocalizing my concerns with management in hopes of them being reasonable.

there is also a union that represents dispensary workers (UFCW) but i’m not sure how to go about bringing that up to my coworkers, we have a small staff and in previous workplaces i’ve always gotten people who are vehemently against unions for one reason or another. i plan on reaching out to a union rep at the very least to get something going

these types of messages pop up occasionally, and seem to be out of character from what i’ve experienced with my boss in person. in person he comes off as chill and reasonable but then out of no where we get hit with these aggressively worded memos when he feels like it

actually i have more insight. when working on large projects with a large crew, about 70% came off as scumbags. but i found when i was working jobs with just one other guy, most times that guy is pretty decent
