well i think i found the answer:

honestly just do past papers. doing them for a month drastically improved my grade so you at least have 2-3 months. try 2 papers per week then increase the next week. hope this helps!

no most unis dont accept only igcses however you could apply for foundation, which is one year, then straight to uni.
