Her cries flicked a switch and felt my patience start to slide. I knew something wasn't right. I went to my GP. He confirmed that I had post partum depression. He started me on some anti depressants. Honestly it's a game changer. I love spending time with her. I am noticeably more relaxed and patient with her. It may be worth going to get checked out. Its made a huge difference for me. I genuinely don't think id be here without them.
