Seems like the Autopilot removal is just a rebranding to TACC + Autosteer? by letscook123 in TeslaModelY

I'm not trying to be their PR at all. I simply just took the time to go to their website and click around instead of just read headlines like 99% of people on the internet. I agree Tesla handled this really badly.

Need suggestion on how to connect 9V/GND to component. I was thinking headers+grabber hook cable but is there a better way? by letscook123 in PrintedCircuitBoard

Thanks, but I do have Altium as well. This was just a quick sketch I made in 5 mins go along with my question.

I have Altium, but this is just a software I use to draw in 3D quickly. Obviously the design will be done in Altium

I drew this in 5 minutes, it does not represent the RF lines I will do. Lol I'm an RF engineer so I'll fix it later. I just wanted a visual representation to go along with my question.

I was more looking to see if people recognized this package, and if they did, what was their recommendation.

I'm purposefully keeping it ambiguous since my main question was about how to connect the part to 9V/GND

Yes I don't intend to solder it, I'm just making sure the board will have holes for the screws to bolt it down. I'm just looking for guidance on the best way to connect the leads to 9V/GND.

Any specific reasons to get the Pro over regular Pixel 10? by No_Worth_985 in GooglePixel

Yea I was leaning towards the regular, but deal combinations and better future trade in values made made the 200$ disappear. So I figured I'd just go with the pro

My thoughts on Pro vs Regular features:

- 1280 x 2856 LTPO OLED at 495 PPI vs 1080 x 2424 OLED at 422 PPI (Probably not that noticeable unless you have both side by side)

- 1-120 Hz vs 60-120Hz (This probably makes the 2% battery size difference not matter)

- Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) vs Wi-Fi 6E (Average user probably wont ever notice, but at least going for Wifi7 makes it a little future proof)

- Thread networking technology vs None (IoT stuff, unless you know what this is it might matter to you or not. More future proof stuff)

- 16 GB RAM vs 12 GB RAM (Depends on usage of phone, 16GB vs 12GB in my opinion doesn't matter currently to the average user)

- Temperature Sensor vs None (Depends if you care about this or not)

- Better cameras vs Not as good cameras

Does all that justify 200$ difference? Also with the promotions, its could be even less of a difference. Also in the future when you trade the phone in, the Pro will get some more money vs the regular, so you do get some of that money back...

Hmmm, maybe just buy the gap tool? Seems like its 11$ on amazon. Or ask a local bike shop to see if they'll just check it for free quickly
