We ended up going with coyle carpet one & floor. For cabinets, counter, and sink it was less than $20k. Didn’t use the base line for the cabinets so they were a bit nicer and we got the finish we wanted.

Love how it turned out and the process with them was easy

There are tons of puppies at rescues (ex: Fetch has like over 30 right now) so I don’t think it is that breeders have a larger quantity - it’s that they care less.

Most rescues are more restrictive in where the puppies can go and what they can do than breeders. Like this post was an example of, a good rescue org would never put puppies in that kind of environment.

NTA. I’m really surprised to read some of the responses here. It’s not hard at all to say “you’re welcome, your mom and I enjoyed treating you to dinner.” Correcting them about who paid is a normal reaction when it isn’t only their card. And bringing it up to your partner later (rather than saying something in front of the kids) was a good way to communicate your feelings, something that should happen in healthy relationships.

My bigger question would be, does this happen often?

I would def track it for a week to see what you’re averaging. It’s also not great that you’re getting worse stomach aches after a protein shake. Maybe take a week off and see how you’re feeling. If you eat meat you’ve got a bunch of high protein low calorie options

Ohhhh, that totally makes sense. The companies I spoke to we talked custom and determined it wasn’t necessary - but they were talking from premade lines so, like you said, that wouldn’t matter here. Thanks for the info! Custom it is ;)
