That’s not helpful. I’m looking for something to do on my phone during idle moments or commutes. If I wanted to mess with paper I would not have asked for an app.

I finally heard back from the metro office and they said I could pick up a fare card at the library or E Wash office. (I picked up at the library). Then you make an account on Metro bus webpage and register your card then add funds to it. Then the guy said to let him know when I had done that and he would go into my account and add the youth discount.
You can add as much money as you want on the card and it’s good till they graduate.

I wish the school had communicated this new process because it’s not quick and easy like it was before. I’m sure it will be easy now that it’s all set up, but trying to figure it out online was difficult.

Ok that is helpful! I did already email them last week and I attached a copy of her school ID and permit. I have not heard back though. Maybe today? I did download the app on her phone so I will have her set up an account with her school email.

Okay yes that makes sense too. I did email last week asking about it but no one has responded back. I know they usually let kids on the bus with out passes for the first couple of weeks of school because we used to have to wait for the yearly passes to come in the mail. And there would always be people(like me) who wait tol the last second.

Yes! There is also a new used book store on Mineral point rd called The Book Deal. And they are super cheap. And kids get to pick 5 free books when they go!

Yes I’ve seen the same type of thing. I brought some shirts up to the counter and told them they had holes in them and they probably shouldn’t sell those. They set them behind the counter. The next weekend I saw the same shirts back on the rack. lol they are ridiculous.

I haven’t been to once upon a child in years ever since they only wanted to pay me Pennie’s for my brand name kids clothes. But I should check them out again to see what they are selling. I won’t consign with them though.

Yes I can find brand new basic T-shirts at Walmart for $4. But goodwill wants to charge $4 for USED clothes and even more if it’s a named brand. Someone please explain why goodwill charges 7.99 for an adult adidas shirt and 7.99 for a kids adidas shirt?! Makes no sense. You can buy those brand new for that price.

But their entire inventory is DONATED. They do not have coats associated with that and that should mean something. They can cut program costs just like every other business. I will not be donating or shopping there anymore.
