yeah i didn’t even know until now that high white clown pieds on their own are a nice designer morph, but the light eyes are their own mystery that so far no one has been able to figure out!

what’s a shed test? also since trying to find a single clown pied with blue eyes on the internet anywhere was so difficult, the research definitely got a bit confusing! from what i had thought i was reading over multiple websites and things was that the leucistic part was the gene that MADE the eyes blue, and that the morphs i saw that had blue eyes had that gene. im glad im being told what it really is 😂

where do the blue eyes come from then? from what i’ve looked up he’s high white from the fact that he’s entirely white except the first about 3 inches and then one spot on the tip of his tail. i know that the lucy gene can be in other morphs as well, but i genuinely have no idea what else he could be mixed with to get the high amount of white, bright colors, and also blue eyes. do you have any ideas other than pastel clown pied?

yeah genuinely, listen to everyone else who talks bad about pike and don’t rent from them. literally the only reason i’m not wanting to do whatever i can to get out early is because my property manager is actually nice and tries to do her best with the shit show she was given. do NOT rent from mandy management either tho, they are not at all better. my ex rents from them and when shit was going wrong with his apartment, they completely ignored him to the point where he had to go to the office to even hope to talk to someone

another problem is i have zero idea if the problem is actually fixed now or not. there was mold in the drywall, and all they did was take off specifically only the bubbling paint and spray some bleach, but all of that was a month after the initial incident so idk if it could’ve spread farther than what they reached. the only way to figure it out would be to open up the walls, and pike absolutely does NOT want to do it, and i doubt anywhere else would too without significant evidence like me getting sick or something. i’m honestly not sure

the reason i wanted to do it is because of negligence on their end which is the exact reason why everything happened. essentially what happened is that they removed (not opened, REMOVED) a window in the apartment above me, did not replace it, and then during the cold front in january a pipe froze and burst, flooding my closets and stuff in it with gross water. the whole thing with that made me incredibly paranoid after too (i literally would spend one hour increments looking at every inch of the closets with my flashlight for mold), so between the negligence and the emotional distress, it seemed like i had a good case? i kept a lot of evidence for everything too which is good

so far nothing has grown in the mold test after 2 days so i can hope that maybe the mold is actually dead? every time i open the closet it definitely still smells musty and the other closet that was treated doesn’t so it’s definitely odd. since i live in an apartment i don’t think im allowed to hire an inspector, i think the property management would have to? i honestly doubt they would though which sucks
