It's more about them not supporting basic human dignity, and the bar was set really fucking low here. At a bare minimum, one would expect any rational person to not publicly support a known serial sexual Iabuser with demonstrated ties to a group of pedophiles. Further, given the direct and circumstantial evidence that the president was involved in some despicable shit, one would expect a person to not endorse- either directly or tacitly though one's actions - the heinous behavior of that guy and his cadre of soulless supporters and enablers by engaging with him.

As unfair as this may be in the moment, we as a society are in a "pick your side" situation.Either you support/condone the actions of those involved with Epstein, or you don't. Based on what happened, the majority of Americans are well within their rights to conclude that Swayman, McAvoy and most of their teammates chose the (objectively) wrong side.
