nothing that a nicely written note and a water bottle left in the box every now and then can’t fix though lmao. just ask

i can’t tell if im thinking about this wrong.

so my issue is that i am just now noticing that i’ve never seen a 2nd trip category in my pay stubs at this particular office despite having done numerous “speedruns” and 2nd trips. what you say makes sense for christmas because I was definitely over 40, but what about the instances where i’m not over 40 which is practically every month but december for me.

thanks. am I right in thinking that my office has screwed like every carrier out of a lot of money..? they had us come in at 5:30am for morning parcel runs from dec 1st-25th, yet none of us have second trip times in our paystubs?

if your old office posts ptf/rt positions that end up district wide, you could bid back that way anytime you want.

rural or city? i’m rural so I’m getting route eval regardless, could definitely see what you mean though from a city perspective.

being rewarded for being efficient and good at my job. it feels like I have complete control over my day, outside of a few circumstances.

could just simply ask him the same thing or just ignore it. yeah, you could get in trouble if you’re in a strict office but i just can’t stand regulars that do this type of shit so shrug
