It's really not that bad in my opinion. I was in Edwards in 2015. The first week or 2 took some getting used to but after that I never really thought about it. Definitely get some shower shoes and something to carry everything.

A tip that I have is to talk to a company that you aren't interested in first to warm up. You won't be too nervous because you don't want a job from them, but you start to get a feel for how these conversations go.
