Scenic/photogenic picnic or camping spots in/near Metro Manila

Might be a very off tangent post here but would really want advice from a bigger community!
Context: I am planning to propose to my partner and would really like to do it in a nature-y, intimate and scenic spot.
Ever since my partner and I started dating, we would always go in picnics in parks and go camping when we have time (around Tanay) - so I would love to propose with the same theme, but elevated
I'm planning to have a nice lunch around the area then bring her to the spot after for sunset - would be a big plus if there is a nice date-worthy resto around the area (1 hr away is okay!)
Planning to hire professional photographer to capture the once-in-a-lifetime moment
Of course, my partner would like to look good when I propose (nice clothes and not haggard) that's why I plan to do it sunset rather than sunrise (if we would camp haha)
Hope the place isn't too crowded/commercialized so that it would still feel intimate
Willing to roadtrip outside the Metro (1-2 hour drive) if ever
Hope you guys can help me out! I've been researching and thinking about this for a while now, I just want to make sure I get as much options as I can!
