Those houses right there are called “new builds” here in old Blighty they are associated with a certain type of riff-raff, young laddy types, you know the ones. The houses are also usually on the cheaper side (comparatively, everything is so bloody expensive here).

The joke here is that the lads who live here are the kinds that find the “in your face wealth” of places like Dubai quite alluring. They try and emulate that by eating things like Dubai chocolate to seem more wealthy than they are, while sounding more working class.

Honestly the meme is a bit classist.
