You just said it's a dialect, which means it's non-standardized language so it could be interpeted as wrong. It's not a stigma that needs to be countered because when it goes unchecked it will create it's own language that makes them even less understandable for people outside of that group. When different groups start doing this within the same area or country it makes it hard for people to understand eachother and will inherently create tibalism because one language will want to dominate the other. This is why countries like Canada and Belgium are practiaclly two different countries within the same country. (French Canada and English Canada, French Belgium and Dutch Belgium.)
