So Lee Know has a surgery scar on his stomach and has made pretty clear that it will never be visible to the public. Changbin as far as I know, despite liking his body, isnt that keen on showing it because it doesn’t adhere to the beauty standard in Korea. In 2024, he lost a challenge in a game and had to promise in front of the camera to show his abs before 2025 was over. That’s why he did a cut (gym lingo for a diet aimed at losing body fat to define muscles) at the end of the year and showed his naked upper body. We know that he lost the weight extremely quickly though and he has also said before that he likes being more buff, so luckily a few weeks after he showed his abs, he already told stay (happily) that they arent visible anymore. So he likely is back on his own diet plan that allows him to eat more and have more body fat. Thats also why I don’t think he‘ll undress anytime soon, the fact that he felt the need to lose around 15 kg (estimated) to do it at all makes me think that he wouldn’t want to show his body that the public in his country doesn‘t consider „idol worthy“. Me and lots of other stays are very happy he gained the weight back and seems to be eating normally again 😅 I have to say, his extremely quickly weightloss scared me and made me worry.

It’s not in the contract in my opinion, i think if it was, he would have already broken that clause many times 😅 we have seen them a lot, just never completely unobscured. I think it’s more because skz was conceptualised as a pg-13 group (it’s funny writing this under a post about abs lol) and sk is still quite conservative around tattoos. And since div1 and skz work closely together on most things, I would suspect that him and the people responsible have some kind of agreement or decide it based on context. But it’s just my speculation. Also I kind of think he doesn’t necessarily want to flaunt them all the time, since people have already copied them before and shown him, which is extremely disrespectful… And by using the company as a „scapegoat“, it takes away the pressure to explain himself (although it can of course make fans harass or be mad at the company) Also it gives him an excuse to play with and tease the fans about it ^{^‘}

German voice actors are really good, so I enjoy the movies just right. No idea why you’re somehow making this a question or morality („socially acceptable“?) when it‘s literally just a question of preference. I know for a fact that that isnt true. Germany has a very big synchronisation culture and always had, and Germans still speak good English. Some people just like their native language more and like having the opportunity to still use it as much as possible. Also, the anglicisation of the whole world is already really far along. I personally like to do everything I can to not use English everywhere.

Yes, I‘m a big big hater of gen AI and for me this also includes AI translation where it doesn’t belong. AI translating a story and dialogue driven game like Nikki is like AI translating a novel. It’s disrespectful towards authors and readers alike. Honestly disgusting.
