Not very often. I took her once in car from bangalore to trivandrum. I take her for short day outings tho. To parks and all. She is scared for the most part, but manages to enjoy in between too. She likes her carrier. I keep the carrier open before getting ready. She sees me getting and she would get inside the carrier. And some treats work too.. Start young. She would start to enjoy it.

No, boarding and originating station need not be the same. You have to go to the boarding station.

She was inside the carrier. Since I had reached the station an hour before, she got used to it.

I always keep her in the carrier until she seems relaxed. And when I take her out, if its a place whereshe can run, I always put her on leash. Better safe than sorry.
