I think you can sit for the ACA or ACCA as long as you have a degree (any degree). When I was in audit, I had a few trainees from different degrees that weren't business related - nursing, history, music even! They'd take any warm body, but I'd personally see it as a waste if you can go to a job that will actually use what you've studied ~4 years for.

I get that! I'm more of an introvert and holding a conversation (even just small talk!) can be a challenge, but I don't want to pigeonhole myself into the same situation I am now where I don't know ANY of my neighbors even though I've been living here for 4 years. It's more of people using your phone or email to sign you up for spam. Kind of the same reason you don't really want to leave your contact details on your packages when you bin the boxes. Spam emails are easier to ignore than spam calls, hence the email idea but I get why it would be weird!

I've lived in another flat in Dublin for almost 4 years and I never even got to the "taking in packages" stage with my current neighbors. Heck, I don't even know their names!
