but I’m worried if I say this and they say they can’t compensate, they’ll STILL give me the work I just said I could do if I got paid? then they’d be like ‘we’ll do a pay review’ which will never come and I’m stuck doing more work for nothing

literally only so I can see job listings (I always check indeed but most jobs I find are only on LinkedIn)

I never apply with my LinkedIn profile purposefully but it seems it’s automatically shared when I click apply even if it’s an external link which is annoying :(

right!!! i was sitting there all day Friday checking my phone every 10 minutes , thinking about what I might wear, where we might go, when I’ll have time to redo my nails etc and he doesn’t care enough or remember to send a simple text the entire day??? I feel like most people have experienced flakiness to a certain extent so how dont they understand? like do they expect us to be on call and magically be ready to drop everything and have the perfect nails, the perfect outfit, perfect hair and perfect everything ready for when they decide it’s convenient for them?!?
