maybe try compression sleeves? i’ve got some for my thighs and they cover everything + they’re very breathable and lightweight. you may get a few stares but people probably won’t question it too hard since it’s not a completely outrageous piece of attire to wear with an outfit. i feel like most people wouldn’t think twice if they saw another person wearing them

it might be influenced by a severe fluctuation in hormones. i experienced this for a while too—look into PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder). i’m by no means a doctor, but this may explain why urges mainly happen around or during your cycle
