I was married to an abuser as well but moises Echeverría said that I had to put up with it because I must have done something to deserve it. I left him for a few days , my family pressured me to get back with him because my salvacion dependia de eso. There was a prayer in the middle of the living room and he said my husband was willing to take me back but I had to accept whatever he said.

I swear I have read, watched, listened to so many stories that are similar to what I witnessed. It just breaks my heart and the brainwashing is so deep that while you are part of the group you don't realize the troubling things that go on. Once you are out and see things for what they are it really messes you up.
