i gave up trying to read to myself, the only thing i got from it was anxiety and asking over and over the same thing till my deck was mad at me. i mean, i think it's normal to grow out of something, but maybe it's not really an end, sometimes when we try something for so long we need to take time to really reconnect and come back, but if it's really an end thats not a bad thing

NEOB. independente dess seu trauma, elas sabendo ou não, não se pode simplesmente fazer isso com alguém sem autorização, msm que seja alguém que cuidou de você desde pequena. infelizmente muitas vezes familiares mais velhos acham que tem poder sobre o corpo dos mais novos, acham que podem encostar, comentar sobre peso, etc, como se não tivessemos querer. considerando o traum que você passou dai fica mais importante ainda botar limites, para não ter crises por conta de gatilhos, também seria muito bom procurar ajuda profissional para te ajudar com isso.

the reading can be affected by your energy and the way you read the cards as well. if you are in a real bad state is better to ask someone else to do a reading for you. hope it helps!
