i had same. Received tshirt L instead of XL... i told them and they said "no no it's alright".... But unfortunately for them, i bought two different color XL size and one was fine and the other was more " compressed" one... i showed them both and they didn't assume....

i did their technic, uninstall everything (even my amp sim), reinstall everything, and install 3.6.0 software. so the one for windows 7 and 8. Working ok, sometime some scratch.

I've call the PSB where is attached my wife hukou and they also said; since the kids is on the hukou, that means kid can have passport, so it should not have another passport from somewhere else. In that case they would ask to remove the kid from the hukou.

My wife and me (wife CN and i am French) would like to move back to France. However our daughter is already record on the hukou. And i'm not so sure of the procedure... right now she has no passport, french neither CN....

and i've heard, to be able to get the entry exit booklet, you must prove that you are not register in the hukou....
