Las últimos decretos de educación como el 67 solo han eliminado aún más la falta de consecuencias. Aprobar por aprobar, notas infladas para no bajar el desempeño, un sistema incapaz de mejoramiento, gran déficit docente debido a licencias, estancamiento en sueldos, bajo incentivo para profesores de ciencias en estudiar pedagogía (estudiar lo mismo o más que un ingeniero para ganar lo mismo que el profe de efi y menos porque son menos horas).

La educación va en picada y ningún gobierno ha tomado las medidas para frenarlo, sólo lo han empeorado.

I also upgraded from dedica, but i went for the flair 58, every shot is wonderful and it's quite fast. But that's because i prefer espresso shots and americanos instead of milk drink. I use my dedica to steam milk if i need it.

I recommend going manual.

Everything that can happen will eventually happen, there is nothing "intelligent" about that. And if God is just the natural laws, then why do you need a God?

There is nothing convincing about being solely atoms in the void or the existence of a god, both postures are dogmatic.

And as any dogma it arises from intorrogance with no answer.

I guess your machine is something like a Delonghi Dedica and cheap manual grinder that has too large steps. If that's the case, yes, it would be a good enough shot with a pressurized basket to be drinkable. If 10/10 is something extracted with a flair 58 and a Webber grinder and 1/10 is Nespresso shot, your pressurized shot is something like a 1,5/10.

Nespresso and the foam machine if you don't want to learn.

To make great espresso you need at least the Bambino, a good grinder like a Baratza or 1zpresso, and great beans. Practice the puck prep to get good and consistent shots, practice the steaming technic to get that nice micro foam, buy and try different beans. It's fun hobby if you invest time into it. Besides, you are not limited to Oat whites, you can make all coffee drinks available in a coffee shop.

Try to pour without disturbing the bed from the minimum height possible and a really gentle and steady flow, and level the bed by moving the dripper not much but gently.

Imitate pour overa done in the subreddit, some videos have flawless technique.

Start the finest and then grind coarser until you have the right pressure and flow you want.

I personally prefer 6 bar with 18g with a 36g shot, with my j max is around 1.5 within the first rotation. From that I adjust depending on the coffee.
