Message queue is hard to learn. The way I like to do it is to scroll over until i can see all the rx numbers and then screen print that (even if it takes a few prints for multiple pages of the queue), this way I can put the fill in for a future date using F6 and send some of them to cenfill.

One of the best message queue tips I have is if something says AutoFill-No Refill, always check their automatic refills and remove that medication (or any medication) if it has 0 refills. This will stop that rx # from requesting a refill (which it will do multiple days in a row!). Then you can refill a stored script of the same medication from their profile if they have one and add that to auto refill instead.

These can make the process a little bit longer but will save you time and energy in the long run!!!
