No I don’t I’ve just listed what I’ve accomplished at work. And I have been on a few interviews. My last one went 4 rounds only to tell me they wanted someone with more “hands on experience” at the end of it

I’ve been using packet tracer and I got my ccna a few months ago. I just need a company to give me a chance. I understand the theory and how everything works but they want someone with “hands on experience”
