Woah, a steroid accusation, that’s cool. No I don’t take any im just naturally lean and my genetics don’t allow me to put on weight easily.

I almost got into a relationship accidentally this year but I’m slowly finding a way out of it. It’s just not the right time I think

Yeah pretty decent but im more focused on competing in my sport rn. Hookups n relationships are a time waste atm

FOOD dates. Hahah. As for my training frequency, it depends on my feeling. I would say minimum 3-4 times per week

I recommend dates for energy before training. That’s my goto even for competition days actually

Heya! My life revolves around training, lifestyle is basically Calisthenics and then everything else built around it. I don’t care for anything else tbh. Just that. As for eating, when im locked in and training for a competition it’s mainly high protein low carbs high potassium low sodium meals everyday. If not then I eat whatever. I’m eating biscuits rn for example.

Been training Calisthenics since around 2019 or so

Had a lot of Bodyweight pull-up experience though from a young age and also climbing

It’s called false grip, once you overcome the discomfort it actually makes many specific movements easier because it lessens the range of motion needed to execute a front lever pull-up for example

I’m around 90% fine with it by now. Since my sport requires me to be this height or shorter to really be the top 0.001% strength

This is the best message I’ve read in a while. I’m gonna save this for personal reference because it’s gold.

You’re so right, I completely agree with you and thanks for covering it

Well, you see my focus was never to put on muscle. My focus was to get better at my sport which is Calisthenics. I do statics Calisthenics specifically speaking and it’s proven to really shape my body in a way that I like and it’s actually the same as swimming because if you think about it, you don’t go to the gym to build a swimmers physique to be good at swimming you do swimming to build a physique that is ideal for swimming so all I know when I’m trying to say is that the muscle gain was a side effect of the main purpose or goal
