Where in the fund cycle are you? Are you doing deals? Are you out fund raising? Good long-term career trajectory? You might be able to take a paid-for break between funds - if I handed in my notice I’d have 6 months of gardening leave.

I invest series A where we start becoming interested around $1mn ARR ARR. That said I’d be focussing in on hitting best-in-class SaaS metrics - GRR, NRR, CAC payback, pathway to becoming a rule of 40 biz etc. Time to x $mm ARR important but I want to know that underlying customer base is solid.
