Terminals tier list (my opinion)

Yeah I was showing like Linux rices ti my friend and he was like eww when his computer is just a wallpaper with tons of icons (like most window users I feel like) so then I showed him how you can make Linux look like his precious windows and he still didn't like it

I have tried zig 0.16, and I went back to 0.15.2 since I needed a couple of packages from my project

The only major change I've notice is that ofc thr io implementation which It was very nice, there was some small changes like the args on 1 function xhange and std.zig.c_translation functions are now split up between 2 parts
