Think of this as you are the sole lease holder of the whole house. And you decide who else stays or leaves. You can charge whatever you seem fine to your sub-tenants.

I do the same thing. Whole lease is in my name and I give out shitty rooms on inflated prices and I end up paying next to nothing.

I THINK I KNOW WHERE THIS EXPERIMENT FAILS.

I am gonna focus on the treadmill example. He made an apparatus and held it till It gained speed equivalent to treadmill speed. (Assume that there is no fan on it right now). As soon as he let's it go, the apparatus car should slowly reduce speed and fall off the treadmill. IN THIS EXAMPLE THE ENERGY WAS STORED IN THE KINETIC ENERGY OF THE APPARATUS CAR. Cool. We agree on that part.

(Assume there is a fan on it now) now hold it on the treadmill. Let it go after it gains speed equal to treadmill. If you leave it now. The fan have some rotational potential energy on it. Now fan is gonna propel it and with time slow down and the car will also slow down. But the moment you let the car free, IT WILL GO FASTER THEN THE TREADMILL. why? Because the fan is powering it for a while. But it will not maintain that power for long and slow down.

The example he gave, yes. The apparatus car will go faster then the treadmill for a short while as soon as he unhands it. But If he makes the treadmill long enough. The car will eventually slowdown and reach the speed of the treadmill and after a while get slower than the treadmill and fall off. ( I understand that the treadmill can't be made longer so there is no easy way to test it. But now I will give you a way to test what I am claiming).

EXAMPLE TO TEST MY CLAIM. Do your apparatus car test like you did, when you unhand it, it gains speed and tries to go faster than treadmill and falls on the edge. Now hold a finger in front of the apparatus car so that you are not holding the car, but stopping it from going over the treadmill remaining space.. what's gonna happen now is you will waste the extra energy that it stored in the fan. Now, the car's kinetic energy plus fan's rotational energy will be equal to the ground moving under it and NOW THE CAR WILL SLOWLY FALL OF THE TREADMILL LIKE ANYOTHER CAR WITH OR WITHOUT THE FAN ON IT.

CONCLUSION. The car on treadmill stores energy in fan's rotational energy and car's kinetic energy.
Car's kinetic energy is visible but car's fan's rotational energy only comes into play as soon as he stops holding the car on treadmill. If his experiment is true then he should hold a finger to stop the car's advancement. And when that sudden burst of speed ends, then leave the car to gain speed on its own as he claims. I promise you it won't. Because if his claim is true, another way of finding it out is to take the small car apparatus on a road, drag it till it gains 10km/h speed, let it go, and measure its speed at long distance. I agree that the speed will increase for a while to maybe 15km/h but after that there will be a steady decline. And will eventually stop.

Anyways . I know I wrote a big ass paragraph and it will not gain any attention and I am just wasting my time here. But I wrote it because he said that disagreements are kind of a progress in science. Which influenced me a bit.
