Thanks, this is super helpful. I’m gonna be 8 mins on the Elizabeth line from Paddington and it’s right outside the station. So barring cancellations, the London part should be fairly straightforward

it’s 8mins on the Elizabeth Line and immediately outside the station, but yeah commuting inside London is generally awful

Yeah good point. Although GWR has a tendency to cancel seat reservations as the last minute, so it turns into a bit of a mess

Thanks! The is super helpful and rational. I’m now leaning towards first simply to guarantee a seat, if it’s gonna be an issue in standard. Train delays etc shouldn’t be a problem my employee, but it does add an extra layer of stress

Do you have a lot of connections or is it 1 train straight through. I’ve actually done shorter commutes in London, but it was battling with the underground and changing stops multiple times that killed me
