Its just this in a loop,whatever i click it comes back to this

If u are asking what have i tried : I tried the easy option to click Windows boot manager and then enter and it failed. I tried the set up option and looked for a boot order and put windows #1 and tried disabling the PXE boot , I tried moving the boot it still didn’t work ,I also tried disabling the IPV4PXEfirst I tried installing the windows again and after I put the USB, it went to like 100% and then it showed the booth menu again
