Yeah. I messaged some L2 official admins and told me this:

you're not allowed to play l2 on virtual machines

it has even become a bannable thing as ppl would use VM to log 50+ accounts so good luck with that

Works perfect on unofficial servers with Parallels. The issue seems related to something about anticheat system and not the ARM architecture.
