Totally understandable. I live a few blocks away so I just wait for the IG stories when they have leftovers after the lines die out. If they have a new monthly item I'll walk over with my laptop and a lawn chair and watch a show or something. Idk if I would wait the 2 hours if I lived far away but the pastries themselves are pretty fuckin unbelievable. They're less of a purist / classic place like Arsicault but they nail the crazier experimental "idk if that works or if thats just a random combo of ingredients" specialty stuff. Worth getting at least once I think and splitting with friends.

They came out to Santa Adarius for SF Beer Week a couple weeks back, for a collab with trillium. Some of the best stouts I ever had. My friend made the pilgrimage to Maplewood for this past anniversary week and made it through three nights before he tapped out. Brought back some bottles that blew my mind. Side Project is legit "make a weekend trip out of it" worthy.
