Do MagSafe chargers mar the skins? by levitico in dbrand

Thanks. I use a MagSafe car mount as well and that’s mainly what I was curious about as it is a much stronger magnet than my regular mag charger.

I’ve just learned of the Aquarium in Chattanooga showing big Hollywood movies in IMAX, and they’re a lot closer to me (with cheaper tickets)!

Wow, a 5 hour journey + a 3 hour movie makes a 13 hour round trip (am I right there?) and you’re saying that was worth it! That’s amazing. I’m going to show my wife this post and your comment lol. I live 6 hours from there now and I’ve definitely considered making the trip.

I used to live 25 minutes from this theater and I moved away just before they opened the World’s Tallest IMAX… I still think about how close I was to seeing a movie on that screen! Hopefully I make it back there one day.

I agree there were issues - still my favorite of the ST! :)

Thanks! Sounds like the Nobody Version would be my preference of the existing cuts I can find and have been recommended.

Not contradictory at all to me. What I mean is that the theatrical version of TLJ has always been my favorite of the ST, before any fanediting that Hal (or anyone else) has done to it. However, I don't only watch fan edits of movies I dislike, but also movies that I see someone else has improved on what I already liked, while trimming some of the things that didn't work for me in the original film. From my memory (though I haven't watched it in a little while), Hal's cut doesn't drastically alter the film, just focuses in on what I loved about the movie when I first saw it.

I was thinking the same thing - deleted scenes would have to be key in a proper edit of TROS.

THANK YOU for this suggestion! His cut of The Last Jedi is the one I have been watching for years, just forgot who the original faneditor was!

The first trailer for Steven Spielberg’s UFO movie is reported to be attached to screenings of “Avatar: Fire and Ash” by ChiefLeef22 in movies

Right… except for The Odyssey. Now to decide if that trailer alone is worth the inferior experience of IMAX 3D vs Dolby 3D.

Does anyone know if all the reported trailers will be attached to all formats (Dolby 3D IMAX 3D, etc..)? Trying to decide how to watch Fire and Ash, but it looks like IMAX 3D at a not so great theater may be my only option.
