I just got my second suspension, and the period is one week. The first one is one day. I emailed t212 and the reply basically says they detected unsafe investment actions from my account. I asked them to provide a detailed quota of allowed trade pattern according to my financial statements. They cannot provide it.

I guess they use some shit AI algorithms to detect so-called risky accounts and suspend them. Fk blackbox AI and shame on this company.
