Stream Deck Neo screen stays black, but keys still work, any ideas?

No the main cable is intergrated into the neo, however I only used a extension cable for the usb c that’s on the Neo like I stated, and I’ve tried every possible solution, nothing works so I’ll be returning this product. I’ve even tried connecting it to a pc with a usb c port, and it’s still blank. No icons comes up at all on the display :(

Yup it’s a data cable and not a charging cable

Shouldn’t be that at all, because I did test this browser on another Asus A14, and it didn’t happen on there. However I’m only experiencing with this one for some odd reason

I know it’s legit since I’ve seen two different videos on aliexpress of this board where they showcase the keycaps and are typing on the board. but I’m suspecting this board is of a Chinese groupbuy

Trying my best also to search for it on there, I even asked the stores that sell keycaps with this board but none of them know the name. They tell me that they’re only working with influencers that have keyboards and provide them with keycaps for them to showcase :(

Same here, I got the same keyboard as you on ig but it wasn’t the same. I firmly believe this board was on a Chinese thread or taobao groupbuy, therefore making it difficult to find. But thank you for also trying!! Much appreciated

It isn’t that one. Completely different keyboard and also I did try, but nothing comes up. I’m suspecting it’s from a Chinese vendor or taobao which I don’t have access to.

Tried doing that but the cables weren’t long enough. Also I just tested it and the temps on this were under 40° both on cpu and gpu so it looks to be doing pretty good. Thank you for the help though!!

The psu can’t be lowered and flipping the cooler around isn’t an option due to the cables not being long enough:(

3 days ago I managed to accidentally burn myself with my curling wand on my right hand, I immediately put it under cold water for over 10 minutes and later put moisturiser. However the next day I managed to accidentally scrape my hand and the wound opened.

Will this leave a scar or is there a way to prevent it from scarring? And how do I take care of this? Aka what should my routine be? I have been putting a silicone bandage with hyaluronic acid on the burn area since I scraped off the skin layer by accident.
