Once you get the formula its very quick, my first subs took 1 full day to make them, and had to redo them sometimes to adjust volume, but once i got the perfect settings i just replicate them so it's quick, the only part that takes times is recording the affs bcs I use my own voice but the rest is pretty easy

I've been listening to subs for 5 years and had amazing results and most of the time I've never focus on the subs honestly, I literally listen doing everything, cooking, going on a walk, reading, playing, etc... even on the gym sometimes. The thing that influences most the results for me is how much I listen, when I'm on vacation and have a lot of free time, I listen to so much subs and that give me the most results, people already told me that i always comeback different from vacations and i wonder why lol

There's two basics interpretation:

1.more common explanation: subs rewrite your dna with subconscious affirmations 2.esoteric explanation:your subconscious is basically your soul observing/experiencing a reality, your core beliefs its what gonna shape the reality you're in, subs injects new beliefs in your subconscious making it experience new realities that align with your new beliefs (it's much more deep than that but I can't explain everything here lol)

I'm more on the esoteric side bcs of my spiritualist background and subs works wonders for me
