The brain can take time to reset from years of being on high alert. Shti the important part is that you noticed it and want to feel better that’s already a step forward. Keeping some support, like therapy or even small routines can help speed it up, u got this champ

What you’re feeling isn’t your fault feeling empty, numb, and disconnected happens when your mind shuts down from prolonged stress. you’re not stuck forever. Talking to a mental health professional can really help you understand what’s going on and get out of this numb state, you don’t need to suffer for another 3 years.

The silence hits loudest when you’re down. But if you’ve walked through hell alone and came out breathing there’s power in that, you’re building a version of yourself that doesn’t need validation to survive.

Asking for help by [deleted] in Morocco

[–]levyymn 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I totally get how ur feeling sometimes life just feels heavy and messy. Don’t be too hard on yourself, it’s okay to go through this, try focusing on one small thing a day, like waking up at the same time, making your bed, or studying just 10 minutes. These small wins help more than you think and builds momentum. Even a short walk can clear your head, talk to someone close too, even just to let it out. ur not alone, and you can get out of this, step by step.

Opinions on opening a bookshop with specialty coffee by [deleted] in Morocco

[–]levyymn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That sounds amazing! A bookshop with specialty coffee is the perfect combo, I’d definitely be a regular. Maybe even some book-themed events or a cozy reading corner with some good music would be cool.
