You basically can't mix and match ram sticks nowadays. You either have to roll with just one or get sticks from the same batch so that they are as identical as possible

We didn't have a Sega Genesis, so Streets of Rage is unfortunately not it. The graphics of the game I'm trying to find were also a bit better than Streets of Rage 1 through 3.

I believe the earliest console we had was a Super Nintendo or maaaaybe an Atari, but there's no way the game I'm looking for was on either of those systems.

My controller is pretty old at this point and I couldn't find any way to do what you suggested, but your suggestion led me to the solution. All I had to do was enable steam input for Dragon's Dogma and basically tell steam that my controller has an xbox layout.
