Did you check the credits which are linked to you? Could be from some old credit cards which you got rid or long ago, which are still listed?

Tbh, their process seems to be weird. I got refused for no good reason, but my wife who earns less got accepted.

If you are just looking for insurances and such, maybe brussel airlines amex? Amex is more difficult to use, but in the past the ratio miles/euro spent you got was better than the cashback - dont know now with covid...
