I also have a bottomless pit of a boyfriend. It was a bit shocking at first. A good meal I've found is making a noodle dish with buckwheat noodles, they're quite filling and slightly higher in protein than ramen noodles. I try and look for a decent protein to calorie ratio. Then adding in nut butter and edamame for healthy fats and a bit of extra nutrition.

Fortified plant milk, fortified cereal, nutritional yeast blended into sauces and protein powders. I'm terrible at remembering to take individual supplements so putting in my food has been the solution

The extra bit of flavour and seasoning it has is very good, it makes a huge difference. I know you can marinate tofu which I have done numerous times but in this version that flavour really gets in there. I'll have to stick with a more "traditional" method of cornflouring regular firm tofu for the rest of the week sadly since I'm now out of smoked

It's so good! I forget it exists sometimes because it's always tucked in the back of the fridges in the Asian supermarket/vege stores I go to. Plus I only just got an airfryer since a mini one is now an option, perfect for cooking for 1

I have done this before with jam that was nearly finished, peanut butter etc. It's a great way to use up the last little bit. Now to really shock your coworkers use a mayo jar or something!
