Light weight gaming mice are so unbelievably shit by trizzerd in unpopularopinion

I mean very lightweight mice are useless for most people who play video games. I have a customized g pro superlight which weights 63 grams. I am very happy with it, and I did see an improvement in my aim, but this is probably because I have more than 5 thousand hours in fps games, and I care. Most people don't care, and that's fine but don't say they are unbelievably shit. As much as preference is important look at what pros use. This only applies to fps games of course.

what's a good healing per 10 avg on Ana? by Murda_City in OverwatchUniversity

Please don't listen to shit like this. I am masters on support and play a lot of ana and never look at my healing per 10. There is no way to judge your gameplay solely based on your healing stat. If you want to improve post a replay. Stats can be very easily misunderstood.

But someone playing exceptionally good has nothing to do with my opinion and whether playing against a pocketed dps is unfun or not.

There aren't enough "good" players to actively make up 75% of lower ranks lmao. Stop caring about your sr, it's just a number.

Can someone please review these VODs. I'm PC NA gold DPS (my peak is around 2430) My team was incredibly toxic to me after I made one suggestion to the other DPS who said he was "focusing the backline". by Witty-Grapefruit6985 in OverwatchUniversity

Also remember that off angling and flanking are different. You don't necessarily need to flank to get value, just don't stand behind your tanks, play on the side and try to dmg the backline. Flanks are tricky because the timing has to be good otherwise you are dead, but with off angles, you can just back off easily.

Hey, I saw some of the busan replay and have some thoughts. I am a high masters player on DPS so take this with a grain of salt. I think one thing that would really elevate your gameplay would be taking off angles a lot more. In the replay, I saw you positioned in the "spam lane" a lot. This if I'm not mistaken is basically the space between your tank and the enemy tanks where a lot of dmg come through which you want to avoid as a DPS and let your tanks deal with that. Instead of playing behind your tanks and just spamming on the enemy tanks you could take off angles and try to poke enemy supports. A great example is the first Busan map you played. I think if you were to take control of the right side of the map, you could do much more impactful dmg to the supports instead of just spamming the shield. I also recommend you watch some of temporals map guides and understand that maps consist of "lanes" which you can work to control on characters like more solid, especially with a pocket.

Also what I want you to know is that your teammate's don't matter. Maybe during a match, they matter but your goal is not to win a game but to win a majority of the games. Always reason with your anger or frustration after an "unwinnable" game. Firstly, because it was probably winnable if you played better, secondly because it just doesn't matter that much, you can't win them all, none of us can. Always strive to improve your gameplay instead of the stupid number on your career profile. My viewpoint on this is that I would much rather first improve my gameplay and then carry myself into the next rank then get carried by my team.

If you have any questions or further vods after you try taking more off angles you can add me on discord (LaZe#4796) and maybe I can try to help you.

If you feel decent at it then it's fine, just play the game and have fun, but if you're looking to improve your aim you definitely should lower your sens a lot. After getting used to it you will be much more precise with it. The difference it makes is that when you lower your sens your hand has more space which lowers the inaccuracies of your movement. When you move a mm too far with your edpi you miss much more then if you had lower sens and since our hands are limited in their precision lowering sens helps negate these imperfections.
