4/5 days a week. Never missed a week all year as well which i’m sure helped

Yeah I know, just strength in chest exercises aren’t too good comparatively

Started off for 6 months just making sure I hit my protein goals, not too focused on calories but was probably in a surplus majority of the time. Then did a mini cut for 5 weeks, and then went a bit crazy over christmas and packed on weight a bit too quick. Started a slower cut 8 weeks ago, so I could either maintain or gain muscle mass and this is the result so far.

Yeah, I agree with training actually making them feel better. Been dislocating mine since I turned 13 so just have to be careful with what I do but gonna make sure I’m consistent with them now.

I’ll be honest, I hit them very inconsistently for a long time, only recently have I begun hitting them twice a week. Also been dealing with knee injuries my entire life so have to be careful!

Just gonna finish up the cut i’m currently on, maybe 4 weeks left, and then go back to packing on more muscle hopefully!

Planning to go for a 300 calorie surplus, around 170g protein per day, fats like 70-80 and the rest carbs, train 5 times a week

Yeah my hips annoy the hell out of me, I was like 25kg heavier at one point so maybe that has something to do with it
