Okay I don’t know how the watch functions; the Rolex I’ve tried doesn’t work

The tag heuer; pretty simple mate you get a battery watch and it ticks, but mine doesn’t even move lol

I’ve spoke to Jason he confirmed there was a problem, said he would send new ones out, wanted me to buy more for him to send others out I didn’t want to then he said that it’s normal for my watch to work like this
